The use of our online
shop
Paypal: Payment through
the online shopping baskets is normally immediate and is made
through Paypal's secure servers. Your credit card details are
encrypted safely for your protection. No member of our staff
has access to your credit card number when you shop with paypal.

Confirmation e-mail: You
will be sent a confirmation email from Paypal when we have successfully received
your payment.
Clearance of funds:
Payments by cheque or e-cheque must be cleared before goods are
despatched. Payment for your goods is due upon placing your order
- goods will not be despatched until cleared funds have been
received by the Gundog Club.
Despatch and delivery: We
aim to despatch your goods without undue delay on receipt of
payment, and have them delivered to you in good time. Read our
'Delivery Terms' for more information.
Cooling off period:
Customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory
cooling off period of seven business days. Within certain
conditions during this period you may return unopened any goods you
have purchased from us. For more details read our 'Refunds and
Returns policy'
Privacy: We store your
address details securely for the purpose of completing your order
and future orders efficiently and accurately. With the
exception of the company responsible for the delivery of your
parcel, and for the purposes of that delivery, we do not ever pass
your details on to any third party. We do not store your credit card
details.
Pricing and availability:
Apart from books, unless otherwise stated on the web page, all prices for items
sold in the shop are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. If items
purchased are subject to an unreasonable delay, you will be emailed
and given the opportunity to cancel your order. A full
refund will be given for any item which we are unable to supply
Amendments to
Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make
amendments to our website, terms or conditions of service or sale at
any time.
Events beyond
our reasonable control: We cannot be held responsible
for any failure or delay in complying with these terms and
conditions if that delay or failure has arisen from a cause which is
beyond our reasonable control.
The Gundog Club
is not responsible
for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue,
contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted
expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not
reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using
the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you
was formed.
