GRADED TRAINING, GRADED TRAINING SCHEME, FIELD TEST, are Trademarks of the Graded Training Scheme for Gundogs and are currently licenced to the Gundog Club Ltd. for its sole use. These Trademarks may not be used in connection with any service provided for gundogs or their owners, that is not provided by or on behalf of the Gundog Club.
The designs of our Field Tests, and of the Graded Training Scheme in general, are the intellectual property of Pippa Mattinson. This includes but is not limited to, the feel and layout of the tests, in addition to their contents. Pippa has licenced this property to the Gundog Club for its sole use for the purposes of gundog training and welfare, and for the benefit of the general gundog owning public.

Paypal: Payment for books and field tests through the online shopping baskets is normally immediate and is made through Paypal's secure servers. Your credit card details are encrypted safely for your protection. No member of our staff has access to your credit card number when you shop with paypal.
Confirmation e-mail: You will be sent a confirmation email from Paypal when we have successfully received your payment.
Clearance of funds: Payments by cheque or e-cheque must be cleared before goods are despatched. Payment for your goods is due upon placing your order - goods will not be despatched until cleared funds have been received by the Gundog Club.
Despatch times: We aim to despatch your goods without undue delay on receipt of payment, and have them delivered to you in good time. Your orders are usually processed and despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your payment. Many orders are despatched next day.
Couriers and Delivery Times: Most of our parcels are sent by second class post via the Royal Mail service. Royal Mail aims to delivery your parcels within 1-3 working days of despatch.
Many of our items are available in pairs or sets so that we can pass on the postal savings of a multiple order to our customers.
Delivery charges apply to UK mainland only. An additional charge may be necessary for deliveries to other destinations
Keeping in touch: You can telephone or email us at any time to find out how your order is progressing or whether it has been despatched. If our phone lines are busy, do leave a message and we will return your call.
What to do if you are not happy with your parcel: We will be happy to refund your money if you return your goods promptly in accordance with our returns policy
Delivery delays: Despite our best efforts there may sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. Please wait 3 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing delivery.
Please check that your parcel has not been left with neighbours or returned to your postal sorting office before contacting us.

Changing your mind: Customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling off period of seven business days. Within certain conditions during this period you may return unopened any goods you have purchased from us.
The goods concerned must be unopened and still in their original packaging. Provided the goods are not opened or damaged, we will refund your money once the goods are back in our possession.
We are not able to refund the cost of posting goods which were not delivered to you faulty, damaged or in error.
We strive to ensure that you will be pleased with your order, but we accept that sometimes you may wish to return a parcel to us. If you do not like an item we have sent you, if an item is damaged or not what you ordered, or if you simply change your mind, you can return it to us under the following conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods: If an item which we have delivered to you is faulty or damaged, and you return it to us promptly we will replace it or refund your money in full. We will also pay the cost of returning the item to us.
The wrong goods: If we have sent you an item which you did not order, and you return it to us promptly we will replace it or refund your money in full. We will also pay the cost of returning the item to us.
Returns procedure: If you wish to return an item please telephone or email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. A member of staff will then explain how to go about returning your parcel. Please do not post goods back without first contacting us, we may be unable to refund your postage if correct procedures are not followed.
Refunds: We undertake to ensure that you receive any refund due without undue delay. Refunds for goods paid for online are usually sent by Paypal.
Paypal refunds can normally be made within 2 working days of the goods being back in our possession. Please allow a little longer during busy periods. Refunds for payments made by cheque will normally be posted within two working days of the goods being back in our possession.

We store your address details securely for the purpose of completing your order and future orders efficiently and accurately. With the exception of the company responsible for the delivery of your parcel, and for the purposes of that delivery, we do not ever pass your details on to any third party.
