Registered Instructors
DIFFERENT TYPES OF INSTRUCTOR REGISTRATION
The Gundog Club has two registers of Accredited Instructors reflecting the two different ways in which experienced gundog instructors can work together with the Gundog Club to provide Graded Training. All instructors on both registers are required to meet our high standards of conduct and performance.
Gundog Club Associate Instructors are sub-contracted by the Gundog Club to run its training courses in many locations throughout the UK. Students attending courses or workshops with Associate Instructors purchase their training directly through the Gundog Club and are able to take advantage of our easy payment terms and and online payment facilities.
The Affiliate Instructor Register was launched in 2011 and its members are Accredited independent gundog instructors with whom students make their own private training arrangements. Our new Affiliate Register will benefit our students as in most cases there will be no VAT to pay on their training. You can contact our Affiliate Instructors using the contact form on their web pages on this website. All our Affiliate Instructors provide Graded Training for gundogs, offer 121 tuition as well as courses, and welcome pet dogs and beginners.
You can find all our current Affiliate Trainers listed by county at the top of our Find A Course, Find a Workshop, and Find an Instructor sections. This is a new scheme and we anticipate that more of our trainers will join in the coming months.
