By completing and submitting a Gundog
Club training session booking form, or paying for a Gundog Club
training session or block of session, you agree to the following terms
and conditions of booking.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING ACCEPTANCE
Booking forms: You must submit a course
booking form online or by post, in order for your
booking to go ahead.
The
booking form must be filled in by the person who
will be handling the dog during the session(s) (or
by their
legal guardian if under 18 years of age) and
the handler (or their legal guardian) must indicate
their agreement to these terms and conditions.
Payments received without a booking form will result
in a 'provisional reservation', but no session
times/dates will be offered to the handler until they have
filled in a booking form as well.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER /AVAILABILITY OF TRAINING
1.
We will contact you
to confirm your booking once we have received your
full, cleared payment and session booking
form. We aim to email all those placing online
bookings within two working days of receiving their
payment.
We will do our best to
indicate on each instructor's location details webpage immediately a
service is withdrawn or becomes temporarily
unavailable. If however, the
location/instructor of your choice is unavailable
after we receive your booking, we
will contact you and refund any payment you have
made in full.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
Please note that a booking fee is included in
every training session purchase.
See 'Cancellation by
you' below, for further details.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
You are entitled to a
seven day 'cooling off' period following your
booking to enable you to cancel if you wish. During
this time you may contact us to let us know that you
do not wish to continue with your booking, and we
will refund your payment in full. The following
conditions apply:
i) The cooling off
period ends at 5pm on the seventh day following your
booking. If you booked before 5pm, or at midnight on
the same day if you placed your booking between 5pm
and midnight UNLESS the session(s) is arranged to start before this
time, in which case the cooling-off period ends at
the planned start time of the first session.
ii) Your booking is
considered to have commenced when you make your
first payment, or submit a booking form, whichever
is the first.
iii) Cancellation during
the cooling off period should be made in writing to
'The Training Co-ordinator, The Gundog Club, Hearn
Farm, Spats Lane, Headley, Bordon, Hants GU35 8SU or
by emailing admin@thegundogclub.co.uk
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY US
Cancellation or postponement: We
reserve the right to cancel or postpone any training
session at our
discretion. Reasons for cancellation might
include (but are not limited to) a trainer's illness
or injury. If we cancel a session
your payment will be refunded in full. If we
wish to postpone a session and this is not
acceptable to you, we will refund your payment
in full
CANCELLATION BY YOU AFTER THE 'COOLING OFF' PERIOD
Cancellation or non-attendance by you :
Where cancellation is
made by you before any of the sessions take place, a
booking fee of £15 + vat is non-refundable.
The remainder of your fee will be refunded to you
provided that you give us at least 2 working day's
notice in advance of the first session you have
booked with your trainer.
Where one or more
sessions of a block purchase have already taken
place (or are due to take place within two working
days), at the time of cancellation by you, the
current rate for a single session will be deducted
from your refund for each session which you have
received, in addition to the non-refundable booking
fee of £15 + vat.
We regret that we are unable to offer
refunds for non-attendance, or for cancellations made within
2 working days of the
start of a session.
DOGS
Behavioural problems: The trainer
has the right to exclude from his training sessions, any dog
which in the opinion of the trainer, has behavioural
problems which present a danger to people or other
animals on his premises. This includes but is not limited to, dogs
which are aggressive.
Health: Any dog attending a
training session must be in good health and have up to date
vaccinations. The trainer may ask to see
evidence of vaccination status before allowing
access to his premises. Please do not bring a
dog which has been in contact with an
infectious disease within the previous 21 days to a
Gundog Club training session.
