people often ask us about training courses
Q. Is there still space on
this course?
A. Yes! Unless stated otherwise,
there was space available on all the courses listed
on our website, at the last web update. In the
unlikely event that another person books a few
minutes before you and takes the last space, don't
worry - you are entitled to a full refund.
Please don't wait for us to let
you know if there is space on a course before
booking - by the time you receive our reply it is no
more likely to be up to date than the webpage
itself, as spaces may have been booked in the last
few seconds! And you may miss the last space while
waiting to hear from us.
Q. Can you hold my space?
A. We are sorry but we cannot
hold a course place without payment of at least the
first instalment. Booking forms or email requests
are not sufficient to guarantee a space for you.
Q. Is my dog the right
age/ability to go on this course?
A.Your dog needs to be at least 6
months old, to come when he is called, and to like
to pick things up and carry them, in order to come
on a Grade One course. There is no upper age limit
and he does not need any other obedience or
retrieving skills.
Q. I don't have all my dog's
details yet, what shall I do?
A. If you want to reserve a space
but don't have your dog's details yet, you can pay a
first instalment to reserve the space. However we
will need your dog's details at least a week before
the course start, in order for your booking to be
completed.
Q. My dog does not come when
he is called. How do I get on a course?
A. Ring us on 01428 717529 to
book some one-to-one training.
Q. I can't see a Grade One date in my area.
What other dates do you have planned.
A. All our available Grade One
course dates are online here

We do not have any other confirmed dates for Grade
One courses.
Q. Can you tell me when a
course becomes available in my location?
A. Yes, we can. If you would like
to be emailed when a course that suits you becomes
available, please email us letting us know the breed
of your dog, the earliest date you can start
training, the county or counties you are happy to
train in, and the level of course you would like to
attend. We will add your details to our list of
people waiting for course dates, and will email you
as soon as these become available.
Q. How far is the course venue
from my home? Where is my nearest training venue?
All our locations are on this
website. Please note that you are far more likely to
know how long each one takes you to travel to, than
our staff, who are based in north-east Hampshire
