A variety of HPR gundog breeds are thriving in Britain today, from the now familiar Weimaraners, and Hungarian Viszlas,  the popular German Shorthaired and Wirehaired pointers to a variety of more unusual breeds such as the Italian Spinone, the Brittany and the Munsterlander,  these fascinating dogs have a growing network of enthusiastic supporters

The grace, beauty and athleticism of these, our most versatile gundogs is demonstrated at its best in the field.  Our many HPR gundog breeds are happiest when working hard and using all their skills and energy to fulfull  their intended purpose.

The Gundog Club's graded training system will help you harness your HPR's energy and enthusiasm into an exciting and rewarding activity, and keep him out of mischief.  Your dog has tremendous talents, why not enjoy them.
