The Gundog Club's Retriever tests assess traditional
retriever skills. They are ideally suited to
the retriever breeds and to many cross-bred gundogs
with strong retrieving instincts.
Making progress with your Retriever
Training through Grades One to
Five will take your dog up to an advanced
level in retriever skills. Training
courses are available in many areas and one-to-one
training with one of our retriever experts can also be
arranged.

grade:
Development of Retriever
Grade Six is now underway and this 'master'
level test should be released in 2010. The
Master Retriever title will be awarded to fully
trained gundogs that are able to demonstrate high
standards of competence both in simulated tests
and under live game shooting conditions. We will
inform those on our mailing list, and post up news
on the website when the final grade is completed.
