A golden retriever has won the coveted IGL title for the first time in 24 years.

Five year old FTCH Marcus Maybe of Wadesmill took the title this week,  the first golden retriever to do so since 1982.   Bred by Jim Gale, out Blendworth Elsa by Wadesmill Glen.  Marcus Maybe was handled in the competition by owner Andrew  Wright.  The winners faced stiff competition against some excellent dogs in this three day event
