If you are ordering items from our shop
for Christmas presents, please read the following to ensure
your parcel arrives in good time.
With certain exceptions (see below) to
ensure your parcel arrives in time for Christmas you should place
your order before 12 noon on Tuesday 18th December.
Heavy goods
Parcels weighing over 2 kg, including
all dog crates and most Wellington boots, are sent by courier. To
ensure your courier-delivered parcel arrives in time for Christmas you need to
place order before 12 noon on Monday 17th of December (to be
confirmed). Courier delivered parcels require a signature so you
will need to be in to take delivery of these items.
Special delivery
If you would like a
faster delivery on your parcel, or if you have missed
the last order date as set out above, we can arrange to send your parcel
faster, for an extra fee. You can add 'special delivery' to your
order here.
Items
ordered after these dates will be dispatched in early January |
